Late check-out (after 12 pm) is possible upon condition of room availability and for an additional fee:

• Departure from 12 pm till 6 pm - 5% of one day residence for each hour of delay;
• Departure between 6 pm and 12 pm - 50% of one day residence;
• Departure after 12 pm – full cost of one day residence.

The hotel can provide 1-2 hours of accommodation complimentary upon condition of room availability.

Children under 7 years old may stay with parents for free, without extra bed. For children under the age of 7 -14 years, extra payment is 700 rubles (breakfast included). The cost of each extra bed in a room for persons over 14 years – 1 000 rub. Please note that on-site booking is guaranteed (the room is booked until check-out time of the following the day of scheduled arrival).

Prices for accommodation in the hotel "Novinka" will be changed for the period of Confederations Cup 2017 and the FIFA World Cup 2018.
